Pricing for survey hosting

Pricing varies with size and complexity of the survey and additional features or options you want. Here's a "ballpark" estimate:

Base cost is $1500 plus $10 per question to implement your survey from a word processing document. This base cost includes daily online reporting of your survey's progress, periodically providing you with a "flat file" of the response database, and makes your survey available over the Internet for up to 60 days.

Passwords: If you want restricted password access to your survey, this adds another $150 to the setup cost.

Emailing: We can send email invitations to a list that you provide so long as the recipients would not consider the email to be "spam". The setup charge is $150 plus $.02 per email sent. Follow-up emails can also be sent to those who have not responded for a $75 setup plus $.02 per email sent.

Reporting: Basic reporting starts at $300 and includes count reports of all multiple-choice and all-that-apply questions, a listing of all open-ended questions, and banner and stub reports of your demographic questions against all other multiple-choice and all-that-apply questions. Addional reporting is available at extra cost.
